Great stay! Awesome variety of complimentary products downstairs (like shampoo, makeup remover, loofah, coffee, etc.), and they bring a bottle of water to the room every day. In-room washing machine. The staff is super friendly. Great location—close to both the subway station and Nishiki Market. The washing machine leaked and soaked the carpet around it
