The staff were very friendly and the hotel is well connected by bus and train, plus the breakfast was plenty. However, the mattresses were far too soft and I personally missed a wardrobe; there are only small compartments where you can stash items.

The bed, café and shower were all good and the room was clean. It’s a bit far from restaurants, but nothing too far – about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

We arrived exhausted, and an employee calling us “unacceptable” was very upsetting. That word shouldn’t be used so casually unless they were trying to start a fight.
