The place was well‑located and the staff were friendly, but the air conditioning made a lot of noise.

The spot was convenient, but the room was filthy: one of the complimentary coffee mugs was used, there was no hand soap so I had to ask for it, the minibar made a horrible noise and the receptionist suggested unplugging it to sleep, the climate control was off, and the room was sweltering.
