“Не си заслужава”

Only thing that hit the spot was dinner – it was varied and tasty. Breakfast was a let‑down with far fewer options. Parking was a nightmare – no proper spot, and the whole staff was rude, indifferent, almost arrogant. The outdoor pools were only warmed by the sun, the kids’ pool was tiny, like a puddle with a hose. The room constantly smelled like a canal. When we asked about a broken nightstand drawer, they said they'd fix it but nobody came. The receptionist even mixed up our room twice.

The view and location were amazing, rooms were spotless and roomy, food was plentiful and tasty, staff were friendly and smiling, pool water was warm and clean – I’d definitely recommend the spa. The only downside was the tap water – yellow‑brown, sandy, not drinkable. Plus the building’s exterior and windows were covered in spider webs and spiders. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

“The hotel has great potential however management needs hard work”

The spot and the view of Batak reservoir were great, and the food was decent. But there were a lot of issues: no AC and no hot water on the first day, windows were dirty with spider webs, management gave excuses, rooms were old with torn wallpaper and stained carpet, bathrooms had no shower curtains so water splashed everywhere, cleaning was basically nonexistent, the receptionist was unfriendly, the POS terminal broke at checkout, the indoor pool had a bad odor, coffee machines at breakfast wer

The outdoor pool was awesome and the food was good. But the AC was unreliable, there were spiders on the terrace, windows weren’t cleaned so the view was dimmed.
