It was available on short notice, but there was no reception. The housekeeper showed us the room but didn’t have our booking details. The room was clean, yet the sliding door was permanently locked and couldn’t be opened. The air‑con short‑circuited the entire building’s power and was not operational. There was no security on site; another guest kept the security gate open almost the entire night, and I’m not sure what was happening at the premises after dark. It was not family‑friendly.

“I am sorry but I was really disappointed.”

The only thing I liked was the spacious room with ample storage or built‑in cupboards and the convenience of a nearby laundry room. For a self‑catering place it lacked basic necessities: I wasn’t informed about how to cater for myself, there was no kitchen, no coffee or tea, no TV, no fridge, no kettle, no cutlery, and there was no toilet paper in the toilet. I asked on Saturday morning if the place was self‑catering or if breakfast was provided; I only received a generic self‑catering reply with no details. It was disappointing, but the location was very safe.

It was a great stay – clean and comfortable. The staff were great as well.

“Not what i expected”

The spot itself is decent, but the lack of communication, no staff at reception all the time, no direct phone number, and the confusing signage that leads you elsewhere made things tough. The towels were dirty, and the person in charge even blamed us for greasing them.
