The hotel was calm, not too far from the city, with good services. The staff were great and the meals varied and tasty. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the city. The terraces could use a bit more frequent cleaning.

Everything was good: service, spacious rooms, nice pool, and tasty food. The staff could have been friendlier and more open.

Everything was top‑class. I’ve never seen such attentive staff before; special thanks to Mahmoud for his extra care. It was truly a pleasure. The pool water was cold.

The rooms were serviced well and the infrastructure was adequate. The common areas were not clean, the atmosphere and lighting were poor, some staff behaved oddly, and there were floor cameras that should be removed.

The breakfast was impressive, fully stocked. The pool was huge, with beds and loungers. The pool bar offered affordable menus, though the drinks were pricey. Everything was very clean. At night, music and performances played in the hotel bar. There was a taxi stand in front of the hotel, and it was 10 minutes from the Medina. They charged 10 euros for five people. The pillows were too high and hard for my taste. Nearby, there was no supermarket or dining spots; the nearest mall was about 20 minutes walking.
