The price‑performance was acceptable and the staff on site were very friendly. However, we had an accident in the pool: my son cut himself on a sharp edge and had to be taken to the hospital. The management promised to cover the costs, but only the cancellation fees were honored; no communication followed. The place is nice if you don’t encounter any issues.

The view from the upper floor was great and the location was spot on, and the room itself was roomy. Breakfast was limited but acceptable. One staff member seemed to really dislike us, very sullen and unfriendly; we didn’t take it personally, but it was a sharp contrast to what we’d heard and expected, since we usually get along well with hotel personnel. The only entertainment was local TV, so we played a lot of cards. There were a few power outages, which was fine but a surprise.

The beach was very pretty. The rooms were clean and faced the pool. The staff were very friendly and guided you on excursions to do. The taxis arranged through the hotel (the manager’s son who acts as a taxi driver) are very expensive; for example, 1.400 baht for a dozen kilometers… And because the hotel is remote, you have no choice but to use them.

The welcome was good. The hotel was helpful. It’s a superb hotel with a well‑equipped, functional room that’s very spacious, close to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, though very salty… You should plan taxis in advance because the place is isolated.
