The location was superb, the room was very clean and well maintained, looking exactly as in the photos. The owner deserves a compliment too—he’s extremely friendly and helpful, and you can contact him practically 24 h. It’s close to the beach, the main viewpoint, and the old town, which has plenty of great restaurants and bars. And most importantly, it doesn’t disturb the quiet in the apartment, so you can relax.

The location was perfect and very central. We didn’t have breakfast in our reservation, but the room included a coffee maker, kettle, and tea bags for a quick bite in the morning.

We loved the stay, and Francesco was incredibly attentive; we wanted to extend but there was no availability, so he suggested another great place. The accommodation was beautiful with a terrace balcony overlooking a street full of restaurants, shops, and the sea. The shower was perfect—rating it a thousand! I highly recommend it. The only downside was that the shower box lacked a holder for shampoo and soap.

The property is great and well‑situated in Tropea, sparkling clean and very comfortable. Francesco was a fantastic host, always ready to help with any questions. We stayed in a large double room with a separate bathroom. There was no breakfast on site, but plenty of nearby options. The steps down to the beach were very handy. A bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival would have been appreciated.

Paolo gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The place was well decorated, spotless, and the location was ideal. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the room we thought we had booked.
