The location is in a quiet spot but close to the center. From the start it was a nightmare: when I booked, they said they had no rooms and wanted to move me to a worse, farther place without asking permission. The room was dirty, the linens were dirty, the shower didn’t work and then they fixed it but there was no hot water. At night they were out until very late.

The room we booked was not the one we received; it was filthy with dust everywhere, even on the blankets, and the bathroom was covered in hair from the previous guest. One bed was completely broken and there was no bathroom door. Towels were not provided even after we asked for them. The small window overlooking the kitchen and the loud fridge made it impossible to sleep.
