My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The property itself was unimpressive, but the real issue was the manager's unprofessional behavior. He was clearly intoxicated and refused to accept my confirmation email, claiming I didn't have a booking. This led to a frustrating and stressful experience that left a bad taste in my mouth.
