The space felt very cozy and quiet, but I wasn’t aware that I’d have to climb stairs, or at least it wasn’t clearly communicated.

The apartment is packed with carefully curated details, the little balcony looks out directly onto the piazza, and the place is quiet, spacious and welcoming; Pietro is a superb host who greets you, listens, is helpful, knows the area, and offers great tips.
