The twin room is very spacious and spotless, with everything from a hairdryer to a bottle opener. The spot is fantastic: 5 minutes from Republic Square and 8 minutes from the spice market, which I highly recommend. The beds are new but a little firm; I personally prefer a softer bed, though that’s just a matter of preference.

The location is walkable to everything. The large, cozy, clean room has all the essentials for a stay, but the staff missed a full‑length mirror; otherwise everything was super.

Quiet, great location 5 minutes from Republic Square, next to a supermarket and coffee shop. Very clean with good facilities, and Sona was very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

This might be the most comfortable place I’ve stayed in the Caucasus; the host was very warm and always attentive to my needs, the room was clean and tidy, and they cleaned daily. The location is excellent, just minutes from the square, and the surrounding area has convenience stores and pharmacies. If I come to Yerevan again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family hotel! Spotless rooms and a prime spot—everything major is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very responsive, and special thanks to the owner, Žiro, who personally met us, lifted our suitcases, and helped with our luggage. I definitely recommend it!
