The room and view were fantastic, the bathroom infrastructure was excellent, and the resort’s surroundings were peaceful—walking in the evenings or mornings you only hear birds; however, the bathroom was okay but the water pressure left something to be desired.

I stayed in a villa that was incredibly spacious, but unfortunately, it didn't offer any private outdoor areas where I could relax in peace. The poolside recliners lacked shade, which made it difficult to enjoy the surroundings. My partner and I decided to indulge in massages, but the experience was disappointing. The spa services were overpriced for India, and I'm not convinced that the masseuses were properly qualified.

The hotel's stunning location was a major draw for me, and I was impressed by the beautiful rooms and excellent food. However, my experience with the spa was a letdown. Despite its potential, the spa failed to meet my expectations.

I had the pleasure of staying at a truly beautiful resort with exceptional staff who were always attentive, friendly, and professional. My room was outstanding, with breathtaking views that I could have only dreamed of (as seen in the attached picture). The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the resort's thoughtful touches, such as organizing trips to the tea plantations and arranging transfers. I also enjoyed the great treatments and delicious food.
