The rooms and area were quiet, yet after booking online and paying a damage fee, I was told I shouldn't have paid it online and had to pay it in cash to keep my reservation. The A/C in the room didn't work—it only blew as a fan. I was told there were no more rooms even though the property was completely empty (only two vehicles on the side where I lodged). The aesthetics and check‑in experience were totally suspect and unsafe.
