The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, but that's where the positives end. The rooms were a letdown - nothing like the pictures on the booking site. It was dated, dirty, and the bathroom was a mess. The main problem was that it was a misrepresentation - I wouldn't have booked if I'd seen the true pictures.

The hotel's lack of breakfast was a minor letdown, but the real issue was the mismatch between the advertised pictures and the actual rooms. The staff's service was also pretty subpar. It's a shame, because the location's not bad.

We were shocked when the hotel refused to honor our booking, even after showing them the confirmation letter. Apparently, they claimed to be closed for renovations and decorations, which seemed like a pretty absurd excuse. Needless to say, we won't be staying here anytime soon.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room service and reception service were both abysmal, making it a very bad experience overall. It's a shame, because it had potential.

The hotel's location was one of the few redeeming qualities, but unfortunately, that's where it ended. The property was in the middle of renovations, and our room had no air conditioning and no toiletries. It was a bit of a mess.
