I was disappointed by the drunken staff and the room with a small bed. The hallway was dark, cold, and smelled bad, and there was no locked parking gate—overall a disaster. We entered and left the hotel. The room was cramped for four people, with sofa beds, and I would not recommend it.

Everything was close by, and the room had a fridge, kettle, and TV. The power cut out occasionally (maybe I was unlucky). I was promised fresh linens because my room was mixed up, got a larger room, but never received the bedding. The balcony was big enough to light a cigarette if you have your own ashtray.

The location was great right in the center. When we arrived, half the hotel was without electricity. The situation could be understood, but the staff’s conduct was disgraceful: doors slamming, nerves, and the worst was that they were drunk. Only one staff member apologized and tried to smooth things over. Power returned after a while, but heating was a non‑issue. The room I stayed in was dirty, the bathroom was even worse, and there was no trash bag.
