The location was great and the place was clean; I booked for three people but was charged for an extra bed upon arrival.

The pool, food, staff, and location were all excellent; nothing to complain about.

The porter was friendly, but the wifi and room were not up to par.

Everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful, and the bartender mixed mojitos exactly how I prefer them. However, when it rains the steps can slip, so wait for the doorman to assist.
