The room was fresh and the bathroom was nice, but there was only a fan in the window for cooling, and some street noise seeped in when the window was open.

The place was clean and tidy, but the gate was locked, the intercom didn’t work, and none of the phone numbers on the door answered until the sixth call. The room also lacked basic information like the Wi‑Fi login, and there was no single glass for toothpaste or mouthwash in the bathroom – never seen a hotel missing even one glass.

The staff were efficient and moved us to a larger, quieter room because of the loud Oktoberfest nearby; even though we didn’t order breakfast, we still got free morning coffee. The common kitchen was missing a kettle.
