The location is good, but the staff aren't very friendly and the elevator was out of order so I had to walk up the stairs.

We initially chose this hotel due to its prime location, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by numerous problems. Upon entering our room, we were met with a pungent smoke smell that seemed to permeate every surface. Although the staff attempted to mask the odor with air freshener, it only served to cover up the issue rather than eliminate it. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit failed to function properly, leaving the room sweltering.
