Salman delivered excellent service: polite, professional, and very well‑mannered throughout. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly and smelled unpleasant; the bed sheets looked old and were not adequately cleaned, and the towels were poor quality. We had already paid in advance, so we stayed, but we shortened our stay by one day. We had also booked an additional 15‑day stay in a separate reservation, which we later canceled—fortunately we managed to cancel it in time. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance and were disappointed with the overall condition of the accommodation.

The location is great and the surroundings are peaceful, perfect for families, and the staff are good. The bathrooms lacked bolts.

Everything was fine except the toilet, which is very close to the bed and uncomfortable, with no proper ventilation in the washroom. The room is quite small, and the bathroom is too near the bed, which is a real disadvantage; otherwise, everything is super good.
