The location is clean and well maintained. The apartment feels brand new and very welcoming. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Next to the house boat there’s a jet ski rental service that shares the pier with the accommodations. Even though the staff are polite, you always have someone walking by the windows and washing or drying the watercraft. Moving the jet ski rental to another spot would be a sensible and appropriate choice for guests’ privacy and comfort; it makes no sense to keep it there.

“unico”

The house boat is charming, especially given its setting in a very quiet marina with only two boats, guaranteeing privacy. Sunrise and sunset are unique. It rained during the stay, but an umbrella was in the wardrobe, showing thoughtful attention. Everything is new, thoughtfully designed, modern, and elegant. A car can be parked outside the house boat with automatic gate access to the marina. The fish restaurant in the marina is well regarded locally and one of the best on Lido degli Estensi. The pool bar offers a great breakfast and can serve lunch or dinner, including dishes from the restaurant, flatbreads, salads, etc., at reasonable prices. The pool stays open until 21:00, is beautiful, well kept, and not crowded in the morning, with background music. It’s a location that uses the services of a nice, modern marina, ideal for a romantic weekend. The price for just the house boat is high, but it’s understandable for a spread-out 5‑star hotel… it’s worth it and we’ll return. The outdoor table, though set up, lacks an umbrella and the area has no cover. With strong sun it’s annoying and makes the outdoor part less usable, though it looks great at night. It’s a pity, and maybe a small umbrella would suffice when needed.

“Perfetto”

We had a wonderful stay on our cycling trip, though we could only stay one night. The reception was very warm, but the front desk was on lunch break until 15:00, so we spent that time in the nice bar next door. The place is beautiful and modern with all comforts; we could wash our bikes and put our cycling clothes in the washing machine. The restaurant is also highly recommended – friendly staff, quick and careful service, and excellent food. Our house boat was modern, clean, and well equipped; the night was quiet and we slept very well. There’s a nice pool with a lawn. Breakfast isn’t included, but you can have it at the bar. We’ll definitely come back!

“Entspannender Aufenthalt”

The location in the marina is tranquil, and we slept well on the house boat thanks to the gentle rocking, making for a relaxed stay. The entire marina is well guarded and locked. The bar serves excellent Italian breakfast. The only downside was that everything fit perfectly.
