There was no option to book parking when making the reservation. Trying to add it later via email didn’t work because the phone number was wrong, and the parking spots were still fully booked even after the late reservation. We had to remove “garden furniture” to make room for parking :-((

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, and I felt very comfortable at this hotel.

The check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free thanks to the self‑service kiosk, even for late arrivals; the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the noise – the property sits right on the main road and faces a big fast‑food chain where Frankfurt locals party at night, but the hotel had already provided earplugs, which helped.
