GWK View Boutique Hotel and Residence

The staff were very friendly and the place was calming. There’s a scooter rental and luggage storage. Breakfast can be added for 50 IDR. The spot is close to the airport and within 30 minutes of anywhere on the Bukit Peninsula. There’s a pool, three kitchens, a small gym, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. Overall, the accommodation is quite large, split into several units. We stayed for several weeks and really liked it. The room had some dampness that caused a musty smell.

“Good place for longer stays, or if you want some quiet time away from the busier areas of Bali.”

I stayed in a very quiet and relaxing guesthouse with a lovely inner courtyard and stunning rooftop views. The room was incredibly comfortable, with the most luxurious beds in Bali, a down mattress topper and pillows that made me never want to leave bed in the morning. It’s situated in a fairly central residential area, close to beaches, shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The kitchen facilities were a bit underwhelming, but otherwise sufficient.

We didn’t stay long, but the staff were adorable and the location was perfect for visiting GWK Park. I’d recommend it without hesitation!

The staff were incredibly kind, but the windows couldn’t be closed even with the safety bars, and the lack of street lighting or foot traffic nearby made me feel uneasy about security.
