The staff were super friendly, but the rest of the place just didn't live up to it. I felt like the kindness couldn't mask the other issues that made my stay feel off. Overall, it was a letdown.

The location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. But there was a fight that really put a damper on the visit. It made the whole experience feel a bit off.

The spot near Movistar is great, but the stay was a nightmare. I was promised a clean shared bathroom and an upgrade, yet the room I got was dirty, cold, and missing basic stuff like a TV and hangers. The staff swapped rooms, left my used sheets behind, and the next guest would have had to use the same dirty towel—definitely not what I expected.

The people in charge were super kind, and the room felt cozy. Plus, the location is really good, so you can walk to everything.

Close to Movistar Arena, you can walk in and out in no time. It's a great spot if you want to be near the action.
