I'm still waiting for a refund after being told to cancel my booking due to the hotel's lack of basic facilities like Wi-Fi, hot water, and cleanliness. The receptionist was blunt about the hotel's shortcomings, but I'm yet to see any money back in my account. Needless to say, I won't be staying here.

Unfortunately, the pictures and descriptions on the website didn't match the reality of our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos, and we were really disappointed.

This place is an absolute nightmare - I've never seen anywhere as dirty and infested with cockroaches as this hotel. The staff are unhelpful, and the noise from the club upstairs is constant. The bathroom is a health hazard, and the lack of hot water is just the tip of the iceberg. Avoid this place at all costs.

We had high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The space was filthy, and the bathroom was a disaster. The air conditioner was leaking water, and when we asked to change rooms, they gave us one that had been cleaned in a hurry, but the shower was still disgusting. We even tried to disinfect the bathroom with bleach, but that just made things worse. In the end, we had to leave and were only reimbursed a fraction of the cost. Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff at this hotel are completely unprofessional and lacking in compassion. We'd already paid for two rooms, but they refused to give us the keys, claiming the hotel was fully booked for three months. They even had the nerve to tell us we'd made a mistake in booking, and we had to spend hours searching for another hotel in the scorching heat. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
