The pool flooded our hotel room, and although I was told I would be reimbursed and told to go to nothing, nothing ever happened; no one followed up even after I reached out multiple times.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was great, and the room was very clean, but I had no issues with anything else.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The pool was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but the internet was bad, the TV volume was low, the shampoo was poor, the restaurant was closed, I had to wait at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone arrived, and the sliding bathroom door offered no privacy and let you hear everything.
