“Best Location, few meters from Haram”
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the overall service was good. Special thanks to **Shamim from the room service team** for his excellent service, friendly attitude, and helpful nature. He was always polite, responsive, and ready to assist whenever needed. His dedication and attention to guests made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Staff like Shamim make a real difference to the guest experience. I truly appreciate his efforts and would recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the good work!. However, one major area that needs improvement is the lift service. The lifts are always crowded, and they are too small to handle the number of guests staying at the hotel. During busy periods, waiting for the lift can be frustrating and time-consuming. Considering the hotel's capacity, more lifts or better lift management would greatly improve the guest experience
