I found everything fine, they located us quickly and the communication was good! It was nice that they took care of water and coffee, that was essential! The room was clean and tidy, conveniently located. Thanks! Unfortunately, there were no mosquito nets on the windows, so the mosquitoes flew in fast and bit us. And when they turned on the air conditioner, it smelled a little like cigarette smoke; I think if they fix those issues, everything will be perfect.

The cleaning was spot‑on and all the accessories were complete. Parking was a hassle.

The location and the breakfast were decent. The room smelled like cigarette smoke! It was awful and a bulb was half‑burnt; it would light up, then go out constantly. When I asked the lady (Giulia) if she could come change the bulb, she answered very poorly and called me a fool, telling me to turn off the light 🙄🙄, which is true that it will solve the problem 🙄 anyway, very disappointed to be treated like that.

The house was renovated and decorated very well. The shower was huge and spacious and the TV was state‑of‑the‑art. The room was very clean and scented. Breakfast is very basic, packaged products and self‑made milk/coffee.

The owner was on hand and welcoming. The premises were very clean. I only spent one night there. It was perfect. Unbeatable value for money. Honestly… nothing.
