We found the place cozy and spotless, and the silence was perfect—just the distant mooing of cows. A stroll around the lower part of the estate revealed a resident platypus and a friendly dog that made the walk even more enjoyable. No complaints at all; everything was just fine.

Arriving at dusk I was relieved to see the lights already on, which set a calm tone right away. The owners greeted us warmly and the place felt both spotless and cozy. It was exactly the peaceful spot I needed after a long day of travel.

The room was spotless and the silence was a nice change of pace, plus John, the owner, was genuinely chatty and made sure the bed was top‑notch. If you don’t mind being a little out of town, it works fine; otherwise the remote location might be a drawback for some. Overall, a clean, quiet stay with a friendly host.

Everything about this place clicked – the hosts were eager to help and even walked us through the local sights, the bed was warm and unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom felt spacious. Nothing really stood out as a problem, which is rare. I left feeling that every detail was in the right place.
