“Einfach toll!”
The place was incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed in every detail, making my stay fantastic. The only downside was that the lockers were a bit too small to fit my entire suitcase.

The cabins were hot with no air conditioning, the spot is smack in the middle of the market, the restaurants are far away, and there’s no people to talk to—just computers.

The location felt comfortable, quiet at night and lively during the day, with a different vibe in every direction you head. Everyone’s reviews are right – the stairs really exist and the place is genuinely clean; finishing housekeeping early let us head out to sightsee, which was a huge help (though if someone suddenly feels ill, the plan is less clear). The beds even have power adapters, which was thoughtful, and I appreciate the staff from various countries working hard on the cleaning, while the simple breakfast was more than enough. The air‑conditioning can get a bit stuffy when it’s hot, so pick a milder season; I’d also prefer fewer “Made in China” items – although they provide toiletries as a gift, I didn’t dare use any because they’re Chinese‑made, and I think Korean‑made supplies would be better.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly; when they couldn’t locate my name at check‑in, an employee went out of their way to sort it out. I slept on the top bunk, but the ladder was a struggle to climb and took more effort than I expected, and for some reason my compartment stayed unusually warm, perhaps because I couldn’t figure out the air‑conditioning.

The bathroom is clean and there’s a locker for small luggage. This was my first capsule hotel, and I could hear everything from the other capsules—maybe the partitions are too thin or the acoustics are poor. Also, a sign told me to buy water from the vending machine, and the price was too high for what was offered.
