“Hostile and aggressiv personal”

The location was good, but an aggressive and very unpleasant man forced us to open the door and hand over the key—almost threatening. From the start in the elevator he filled half of it and wanted us to move back to give him space. He texted us 11 minutes before our meeting that he would only wait 5 minutes before leaving again (luckily we were already there). Later he discussed the tax that should be paid, after which we were called to say we hadn’t paid it. My wife was not allowed to be alone in the room.

The location is wonderful! Very clean and cozy! We called a taxi at 4.00 am with no problems. Nearby is the train station, metro, Conrad supermarket, and McDonald’s. The host is very hospitable and responsive, exceeding all my expectations! I recommend it to everyone!

Nothing, I will never return to this property. The check‑in process was not easy or flexible; the host decided when he was ready to check me in, which was around 7 PM. The bed was uncomfortable with poor support. The walls between rooms were extremely thin, so you could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. No fresh towels were provided during my 6‑day stay; when I asked for clean towels, I was told to pay an additional €20. The check‑out time was very early, at 9 AM.

“Lugar para no volver...”

The location was fine. The host behaved very unpleasantly. Because we couldn’t tell him the exact arrival time, he made us wait two hours at the building’s door and told us to leave for another hotel if we didn’t want to wait (even though our stay was already cancelled). We also requested two beds, but only one was prepared. In the bathroom there was only hand soap and no shampoo, etc.
