I repeatedly asked by email and phone if a 16‑year‑old minor could stay alone after receiving parental consent. No reply to the email, contradictory statements over the phone, a tentative booking that was later cancelled, then re‑confirmed, only to be finally cancelled again. The underground phone hotline is not fit for an international hotel at Frankfurt Airport. Other than that, the hotel was otherwise fine.

The rooms were good, the breakfast was fine, and it was close to the airport. Nothing to complain about.
