The location on the castle offers an overwhelming panoramic view, and the reception by the castle lord was very friendly; the room was large, clean, and great. Breakfast was excellent, with juice, sausage, tasty cheese, quark, good coffee, and always something sweet, served in the room or outside upon request. This stay was an experience and highly recommended; thanks again to the castle lord. There is absolutely nothing to criticize!

The welcome was very friendly and simple in a magnificent medieval dungeon; the room was beautiful, comfortable, with a large balcony enjoying a superb panoramic view of the southern Ardèche. Breakfast was excellent. We thought this historic property would be a good base to explore the beautiful and rich region, and it was. Visiting the dungeon is a must: 360° distant view.

The view from the special castle was amazing, and the friendly castle lord was great and proud of his castle! It was nice to see! Maybe better chairs to sit on, but that's the only thing.
We arrived around 18:00, the owner was absent but on the phone she assured us she had no reservation under our name, that the booking site had a problem and we should contact their customer service. After another phone call it turned out the owner simply hadn't checked her reservations and forced us to cancel the two‑night booking with booking. We are still waiting for her apology!!!
