The 3-star Rija Bauska Hotel features modern 5-storey architecture, free parking, a restaurant, and a bar. Located in the town centre, it's within walking distance to the bus terminal and post office, and close to the Via Baltica motorway. Each room offers a TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. A continental breakfast buffet is served on the ground floor.

Ideal transit hotel on the way to Riga and beyond. Free parking under the hotel. Quick check‑in. The reception staff spoke several foreign languages well and warmly welcomed guests with dogs. The restaurant downstairs was pleasant. Shops are nearby. Clean and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after a trip. We suggest adding more variety to the breakfast buffet.

The room was small, so it might not suit travelers with a lot of luggage, but we were backpackers with just one bag, so it was fine. The staff were friendly, and there was a grocery store nearby, so shopping and carrying luggage wasn’t a problem. The carpet made us worry about dust, but otherwise there were no issues.

The location was convenient and parking was free, but the bed was too soft and caused back pain.

The breakfast was fresh, the bed was wide and comfortable, and the location was good. The shower corner needed updating, the old one worked poorly, and the climate control was set too cold, making the room very chilly. In the larger bed, the pillows were too small or there should have been an option for an extra pillow.
