At the reception the ladies were very pleasant and helpful, explaining everything and giving advice. The restaurant and service were arrogant and unpleasant; the view from the room looked out onto a sports hall where hockey players were already training at 8 am, which we really didn’t like.

I liked the nice furnishings in the room and the shared kitchen on the floor, but the view from the window looked straight at the flat roof of the stadium, so there was no daylight in the room even during the day. The check‑in was a bit tricky because the reception was locked on the other side of the complex and I had to call in.

The hotel's reception was tricky to find, and the restaurant was closed during our stay. To make matters worse, our room had a window that looked directly into the ice hockey stadium, which was a bit unsettling. Despite these issues, the hotel had some potential, but it fell short in several key areas.
