The location was good and convenient, but Israelis should know you’re sleeping in a place that isn’t very pleasant at the entrance; the room was very small yet it gets the job done.

They keep the rooms and public areas nearby clean, which is very important in this building, and the windows faced outside. CKM is incredibly convenient. If you stay here without checking the building first and you get upset about the elevators, the lobby atmosphere, or the fauna in the stairwells, that’s your own fault. Those issues are real but part of the appeal for some. I was 6ft 1, so I had to sleep diagonally—no problem if you’re shorter.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but they should have explained that you need to put a tag to clean the room. On the last day the room wasn’t cleaned and there were no fresh towels; I talked to the lady and she said it was because I didn’t put the sign out, which should have been explained. The counter sink was poor, tiles fell off, the missing sink wasn’t clean, and the shower door had no handle on the inside. The staff seemed friendly but didn’t tell me extra towels were available, and when I called and sent a message late on my return that day I didn’t get any response. The next morning I talked to the lady again and she explained what should have been mentioned at arrival. The room was in a bit of disrepair.
