The hotel is relatively new, yet the promised facilities fell short: the skybar on the 10th floor stayed shut throughout our 4‑night stay, and the coffee lounge on the 8th floor was also closed. With so few guests, breakfast didn’t meet our expectations, although they did eventually provide what we wanted. The staff were amazing. The lack of a swimming pool, the missing skydeck, and the non‑operating coffee lounge were major drawbacks.

The kids loved it because they could lie down together and play together, but the lighting was a bit dim compared to what we had hoped for.
