This B&B is exceptional, run with great care and attention to every detail. There’s a shared kitchen, kept impeccably clean with all the necessities and appliances. Plenty of parking spaces are available in the back yard. The host has thought of every detail: bikes are available, and there are many detailed recommendations on where to go and what to see. We really enjoyed our stay. The only regret is not staying another day because Padova has so many things to offer. Just a heads‑up for people with mobility issues or small children: it would be wise to choose one of the rooms on the first floor, because the attic apartment has a somewhat difficult staircase and a low ceiling at certain points that requires constant attention.

The staff and cleaning were excellent, the rooms were in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was just perfect.

I had a large room with A/C, a nice bathroom, and a lovely host. There was no breakfast, but the kitchen was spacious and there was outdoor seating. The fridge/freezer, water cooler, coffee machine, and cooking utensils were all there. The place sits in a quiet cul‑de‑sac, with parking on site. A café is 200 metres away, a supermarket and shopping centre are 5 minutes away, and the tram station is a 5‑minute drive into Padova. Nothing to complain about.

The host André seems to read our minds, is very attentive, and is always nearby to help. My family and I loved the cozy atmosphere and the personal attention.
