The décor was really nice, the bed was cozy, and the front desk staff were super friendly. On the flip side, the breakfast area shut down 10 minutes early, the coffee tasted weak, but I was relieved the room had a Kegurig machine.

Nothing special except the young lady who checked us in. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower and drain were noisy, the view was poor, the pet policy was restrictive, pool rules weren’t enforced, and it seemed like staff might have been sipping cocktails by the pool. Hallways were dimly lit, and there was a slight unpleasant odor.

Nothing to praise. The front desk clerk and manager were extremely unprofessional, and coordination with other staff was terrible. I had a nightmare when the hotel gave my room to someone else without telling the next staff on duty; they handed us keys to two rooms that were already occupied—one had people sleeping in their underwear while our kids were present, and the other had a guest who was upset because we’d woken them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ants swarmed the entire room—disgusting, tons of them. It was obvious they were trying to hide the issue. I asked for a refund, but all I got was an excuse that they had to call a manager.
