Short walk to the North Station. Short walk to the metro line. Breakfast was basic but fine. Friendly staff, clean. The emergency exit was unclear.

A walk of 15 minutes from Gare du Nord and just 2 minutes to Poissonnières Metro station made the location super handy for central Paris spots. The hotel feels like a small family place and my room was spotless, with a compact, modern bathroom, air‑con, and windows that opened onto a busy, lively street. I knew I’d be in a vibrant part of modern Paris, yet the tall 19th‑century apartment blocks added atmosphere. The bed was comfy, and there was a coffee machine and kettle. Nearby, a good mix of bistros, bars and take‑away or eat‑in options kept me fed. The only drawback was the lack of a lift, and the double room, though single‑occupied, felt a bit cramped for two people.
