The location was fine. The bedding was stained.

The place was exceptionally clean, and the rooms are being updated and remodeled. I've stayed in other well-known hotels that weren't as clean. It was too hot to go outside and enjoy, but there are tables in a fenced area under the trees. Some fixtures need tweaking, small details need attention, and the hallway carpet should be replaced, but overall the upgrade effort is solid.
