I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly staff. The location is perfect, as it's within walking distance to the city center. The food at the on-site restaurant was incredibly delicious, and I even got to learn a lot about the city's history by visiting the museum located inside the hotel.

Although the hotel is close to the city center, my experience was marred by a reception staff member who seemed quite arrogant and didn't respect the cost of the services. However, the issue was eventually resolved, which was a relief.

The hotel rooms were great, but unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by excessive noise from other guests in the middle of the night and from the hotel staff starting at 6 am in the morning. It's understandable that hotels can get busy, but I did expect a better night's sleep.

I was impressed by the hotel staff's kindness and the convenient layout of the room, which was perfect for our family of three. However, we struggled with poor mobile signal and Wi-Fi connectivity, which made it difficult for us to stay connected.
