“Absolute Empfehlung in Preis/Leistung”

The place was pretty and clean with a private parking spot; each apartment had its own entrance, bathroom, and terrace. The shared kitchen was well equipped. The owner spoke fluent English, was attentive and friendly, and made sure everything needed was available. Pets and kids were welcome. The beach was a 15‑minute walk away and the town center of Kolberg was just a 10‑minute drive. The setting was quiet yet close to several restaurants and snack bars. The sound insulation between apartments could be better, as we were often woken by neighbors in the morning. A bug screen on the windows would have been nice, but our apartment had a tilt‑away window, so that was probably difficult. Those are only minor issues; overall we felt very comfortable.

The location and the spacious communal kitchen were great, but the beds felt too small and uncomfortable.

The accommodation was perfect and cozy. The host was very pleasant. The location was ideal, close to a street with restaurants and children’s playgrounds, about 10 minutes away. There were no problems even with the dog; we can only recommend it and will definitely return. I cannot point out any shortcomings.

The location is great for people looking for quiet and rest; the property sits at the end of a peaceful street next to a landscape park, with calm and silence, and a few minutes’ walk to the town center and the beach. If you need to be in a bigger city for a short time, you can easily walk or bike to Kołobrzeg or Dźwirzyno; the path is close enough. The property offers parasols, a well‑equipped communal kitchen, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
