Check‑in was delayed, but the staff handled it pleasantly. The old fixtures were fine, but the grime and broken spots everywhere were concerning; the shelves were rough, the lights flickered, and some blinds wouldn’t close, so I was woken up forcefully in the morning 😓.

The bunk beds and loft bed felt like a secret base, which thrilled the kids. I sent a message after booking asking for meals, but got no reply for a while; two days before arrival I called and learned we’d have no meals at all, night or morning. With few places nearby for dinner, that was tough. Following the check‑in instructions, I checked the mailbox but found no key. A dead insect had fallen onto the window frame of the room.

The night was very quiet, letting me unwind. During dinner I chatted with locals and had a great time. The fried chicken was truly delicious. The convenience store and supermarket were just a 10‑minute drive away, which was very handy. I’d love to stay again in a season other than the fall foliage.

会津エリアの観光のために宿泊しました。 ゲストハウスでしたが個室だったのでゆっくりと休むことができました。 併設のレストランスペースでは地元のお酒や食事などがあり、外出せずにゆっくりとできました。 事前予約すれば飲み放題コースもできるそうなので、次回はコース予約をしてみようと思います。. 特になし
