The room was spacious, but when we arrived in the corridor we found plates left by guests who had dined in their rooms. The next morning at 11.00 the dirty plates were still in the corridor. Breakfast disappointed me; with the room rate I expected better service. We arrived and there were no brioche at all. Breakfast closed at 10.30 and we arrived at 10.00. They said they were warming brioche and asked us to wait. After 10 minutes warm brioche arrived… I wonder if with the cost of the hotel there isn’t at least a baker delivering fresh, not frozen, brioche. Italy is the pastry queen; how can a place like this not offer a decent service? The cakes were also bought from the warehouse and were not good at all. The dining room was small and the two waitresses were overworked. The parking was an adjacent self‑storage, not included in the price but charged 2 euros under a convention!
