The location is unbeatable for visiting Santiago, and the price‑quality ratio for sleeping in the historic centre is excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated, modern yet with the rustic character of their stone walls, and the bed is comfortable. The building has an elevator. You can check in and pay via machine, and you can request duplicate cards to access the hotel. Communication with the establishment was very smooth. Some rooms face an inner courtyard; this isn’t a criticism but useful info if you want exterior rooms. Being in the centre can make street noise audible, and you’ll hear neighbours quite a bit if they’re not discreet.

The spot was great, the room was modern, spacious and the views were the best, but the elevator was small, there was no bathroom broom in the room and the pillow felt a little uncomfortable; a bit of outside noise was present but manageable.
