No air conditioning, the receptionist was obstinate and unhelpful. In the room the carpet was stained, burnt, dirty, and the so‑called wall‑mounted wardrobe was covered in dead insects. In the parking, which was very crowded, i.e. full in the morning, I found my car with a raised wiper – typical Romanian. The building had old furniture in the hallways, communist style.

The spot was nice, the room was spotless and freshly renovated with IKEA‑style furniture, but the bathroom in the corporate D room felt cramped, there were no parking spots, and the food left something to be desired.

The surroundings were very beautiful and the accommodation was decent, with the staff—especially at reception—being acceptable and helpful. Breakfast was included, though the offering could use some variety instead of staying the same every time. I enjoyed everything, even though I only stayed a few days and missed many of the facilities, which was my own fault.

The breakfast was very good and dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with the reception and restaurant teams being friendly and efficient. However, the room cleaning was lacking; over four nights the housekeeping never entered the room.
