The property was very beautiful, yet we had no running water in the hotel, couldn’t use the toilets, and had to leave the hotel the next day and book another accommodation.

The staff were very friendly and family‑oriented; the restaurant waiters were especially kind and attentive, and the housekeeping team was wonderful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. However, we were disappointed to learn that the wellness area is private and requires a separate booking with an extra fee, which wasn’t clear when we reserved; given the hotel’s wellness branding, we expected the facilities to be included or better explained beforehand.
