We appreciated the help from Adil and Jawad, who recommended great spots and even sent us a breakfast pack early or the day before. The room leaked, but after repositioning the beds and adding new sleeves it was fixed.

We spent a night in this Riyad and had to wait a bit for the manager to bring the AC remote. Breakfast could have been more oriental—msemen and harcha would have been nice. The orange juice was industrial. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The Riyad feels a bit old‑fashioned but is well‑situated.

Very good, but a bit of upkeep would help. Dust and a very small shower.

The location was great, but the bathroom was filthy with cockroaches, the sheets were dirty, the floor was even dirtier, and the patio wasn’t swept. The breakfast tables were full of filth on the plates and cups.
