I scored this 10.0/10. The guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, far from the city center’s bustle. The hosts are very kind and friendly. I loved the breakfast—it was excellent! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and welcoming. I recommend it without hesitation.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. We left very early to catch our train, and they even packed us breakfast to take away outside normal hours. A washing machine was available, which was convenient after days of traveling. The location isn’t exactly central and there are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, but Yandex Go makes getting around easy and affordable. The shower setup was confusing; there’s no button or switch to adjust water flow, so you have to slide the tub spout all the way left to use the handheld shower. An instruction label would have been useful.

I was pleasantly surprised by Sitora, the girl who served breakfast; her food was delicious and she was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. When I had trouble closing the window, the host came over and fixed it. We were allowed to check in an hour early, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the hotel is 30–40 minutes on foot from the main sights and about 15 minutes by taxi. The biggest disappointment was the $11 tourist surcharge added for three nights; the initial price was different, and although the fee was mentioned in a letter, I only saw it two hours before checking in. I had originally chosen accommodation with the full price to avoid such surprises.

I give it a 9.0/10. The guesthouse is fantastic with a brand‑new renovation. The location is convenient: you can walk to the center or drive in about 10 minutes. The staff are incredible; they arranged breakfast twice earlier than usual because of our early tour and departure. It feels like staying with good friends, and I highly recommend it.
